Been going here for years love the place. My last visit 3 of us bought jerky it was all dry and tasteless like it was over done and that was every bag we bought. Also now u only get 60g of jerky I'm sure it was more before. I hope it was a one time visit for the bad quality

Pretty well known by everyone in the area. If you're driving through Longview it's definitely worth a stop. There's tons of flavors and kinds of jerky, they are a little light for what you pay but you get decent quality.

This a very popular shop, in a very small town south-west of Calgary, primarily for various types of jerky such as elk, venison, bison, etc. They also have sausages, and frozen game meats. They attract a loyal following.

I tried the turkey, pork, and original beef. All were really good, a little expensive but you get what you pay for. I will return on my next trip down the cowboy trail.

We stopped and picked up the original Pepperoni sticks and original, teriyaki and venison jerky. All of it was excellent, but the original jerky was definitely my favorite.

Double Smoked Jerkywonderful taste and texture !
Even some gluten free choices.
If you can't make the wonderful drive south, you can always visit the Blackfoot Farmers Market. They have a booth there.

Sad to report that every time we go here, our hopes are up and then we are always disappointed. Terrible jerky, pepperoni sticks have strange texture and spice. Just a novelty store that breaks up the monotony of a road trip. I assume this is how they get most of their business.

Elk, Venison & Bison Jerky and sausages. The Jerky is excellent. I was a little disappointed to find that they have added pork fat to the Bison and blueberry sausages.
