I was assisted recently by Greg, who did a wonderful job in not only answering all of my questions and helping me to review pre-existing insurance plans, as well as advising me to look into my credit card/group insurance before needlessly purchasing more. This to me speaks highly of the character of the employee and business of a whole, and it is certainly the one I will be going to for any future needs.

I was employed here until May 2020. I received an exemplary annual review and shortly afterwards I announced my pregnancy. They fired me without notice in the midst of a pandemic. Be careful with this Brokerage, they fabricated an email to avoid scrutiny from the labour ministry. Be sure to collect your refunds because they will not return them!

Dealing with this company has been amazing.

Always in communication with me and keeping me up to date with what's going on, with any large or small changes.

Very willing to explain in detail and make sure I understood what was going on, and even when I didn't and I had to ask for the tenth time they didn't mind explaining me everything again.

We had a lot going on personally at the time and they helped me find the best deal for my budget, did lots of work looking for the best fit for me and my needs.
The paper work was easy to send back and forth, through email text and calling. In my experience it was very easy and peaceful interacting with my agent.

It felt like I was dealing with a friend rather than an associate, I appreciate that more than anything.
Any and all changes that needed to be made were never an issue.

I recommend this company to anyone. The staff were very helpful and the process was taken care of quickly.

Oegema Nicholson & Associates have been helping me out for the last two years. When I couldn't find an insurance company for a reasonable price on my car, Cathy was able to help me out quite a bit. She was fast and speedy with a quote, and answered all my questions. When I had to renew, I was greeted with a lower rate after improving my driving record. I would recommend ONA.
