Very compassionate staff. Vets on call. Prices reasonable and City people bringing their pets to oakbank
Great, knowledgeable staff. They provide a level of care for our furry family members that is second to none.
Moved here in 2010, and when my cat got sick and was basically dying, I called the emergency line on a Sunday, and they refused to tend to my kitty because he wasn't registered with them. I told them I just moved and asked them to register him on that day or Monday, but again they said they couldn't. When the lady said to me "I know I'm sorry I really care about pets.", I told her, "Apparantly not cause you're going to let my cat die because he's not on your list!". PRETTY UNCARING POLICY / PLACE, so I went to Beausejour Animal hospital, where they actually care about pets, and since then I refuse ABSOLUTELY REFUSE to even set foot in Oakbank's uncaring establishment. I drive 30 minutes to get my cat's special food in Beausejour, as I WON'T support this place in ANY way. Pretty unfriendly welcome to the community IMHO.
Dr here are fantastic.
Unfortunately had to bring in a pet to be put down the staff was very understanding and compassionate.
Been going there for the last 14 years. The new building offers enough room in the waiting area to keep a skittish dog comfortable while waiting for the vet. Great vet and friendly staff, they get up close and personal with your animal and down to there level. What's not 'not to like'?
Just had my cat of 16 years put down, they handled it with such care and companion. Thank you
Great service, they really do care!
Great people
Prices aren't bad, fixed our dog.
