Great customer service! I made an online order for my daughter’s 750g discus online so grateful they had it in stock as it was a bit hard to find.
I did make an error on my order and Brittany was quick to email me and notify me of the issue and it was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Thanks again!

Hyperice products are the real deal in terms of recovery. So happy to find 360 Athletics here in Canada, who sells them. I've now ordered several times from them and received my order quickly each time!

These guys just went above and beyond for me.

My wife uses her Hypervolt about an hour a day for pain management. Two days ago, the plastic locking tab that holds the battery in place broke, and now the battery falls out as soon as it turns on. I went to the website to purchase a new battery only to find out they were out of stock.

I contacted these guys via email, and in less than 24 hours, they responded and offered to ship me a demo model Hypervolt, that happened to have a good battery in it for the same price as a new battery alone would have been.

They could have ignored me, or they could have told me that the batteries were out of stock and there was nothing they could do, but instead, they went above and beyond for me and my wife.

Former professional athlete. Only place in Canada that carries the product line - to my knowledge. Customer service is fast and professional - even during the 'Black Friday Sale.' Would highly recommend to anyone looking for anything related to athletic recovery.

Purchased a Hypervolt from this supplier with a promised date of arrival for local pickup. Item didn't arrive on time as promised, which led to me working overseas with a sporting team, without the Hypervolt. 360 Athletics was too thrifty to admit their fault and ship item overseas to my address and wanted me to pay for the shipping! End result was I got my refund and left disappointed that I didn't receive my item on time to use overseas for work. Suggest looking for another supplier of sporting goods, one that cares for their customers and doesn't set false arrival dates.
