Super friendly, fast and experienced people work here. Dr. Tammy Bonstein and all the dental hygienist will make you feel the most comfortable and give you the great advises. Highly recommended dentist office in North Bay.

Was not impressed at all! I have very bad anxiety and I mentioned this to them several times telling them I want to be put under for my wisdom teeth extraction and they told me it was not a problem and I told them at every appointment prior I have very high anxiety and I want to be put under because they told my husband they would put him under and they didn't they only froze him and I didn't want the same thing happening to me well it did!!!! I even went as far as to explain to them THAT DAY!!!! I have anxiety I want to be put under!!! And they told me yes no problem we will put you under they froze me and gave me something to calm me down for a second I was awake and in pain I will never go back and never recommend!

We used to go to this office. My children would never see the same dentist (was a different one each time) so never got to "know" the dentist, there were alot of issues when we were there, so glad to have moved all our dental care elsewhere.

This place is run more like a used car dealership than a dental office. I had a root canal done a few years ago that I later found out was not necessary, that I paid out of pocket for. After having multiple issues with that tooth and paying more each time to "correct" it, it's safe to say this place is designed to keep you coming back and spending more each time. From requesting x-rays on every second appointment to letting you wait in line for half a hour to pay a bill to be told just to "go sit down, it'll be a while" Very unprofessional atmosphere.

Waited 2 hours in the waiting room before I went to the front desk asking if there was a problem..they said they thought I “left” without checking the waiting room. My fiancé had 3 root canals done and they still managed not to get the root out. Don’t bother going here.

I say this not to slander, not to make a bad name but to make sure the public knows, I wouldn't want this happening to anyone. What an absolute nightmare you have become. I've been going to this office for a number of years now, it used to be so much better than it is now well until the regular doctor I was seeing moved away and no one could even let me know oh hey your Dr. You really liked, yeah he's gone but don't worry we got you covered. I even referred so many of my friends and family to go here. Not any more. My last procedure was my worst nightmare come true, and now I have to suffer in pain for a month just to go through it all again. And the one before that was not good either to say the least. Maybe instead of treating your patients/clients like another mouth that needs fixing and payment that needs taking . You treat people with the courtesy, kindness, patience, and empathy we all deserve. You have no care for what happened to me and it's clear in your responses to me about this situation thus far. Yes I signed an consent form but the fact remains your doctors were terrible they messed up and instead of taking accountability and being honest and compassionate let's just cover it up and make it go away. and couldn't perform the procedure in it's entirety, I'm not sure why and I'd like to know why someone would perform a procedure without fully knowing if they could or not and to just give up and say "I'm sorry I can't do it" but you broke the damn tooth now and now I have to have it cut out. I've been sitting here in pain crying, this is the worst pain I've ever experienced in my life and I've dealt with tooth pain before including exposed roots/nerves and you tell me to come in only to see the same 2 doctors who messed me up in the first place or come the next day. I don't trust them, I don't trust your office, and I don't trust the specialist you have coming to fix it because of what happened to me and how you're all treating this. It's clear cut and simple, just do the right thing. I did nothing wrong, I have and am suffering.

They've always been kind and patient with me. If a dental emergency comes up, they often see me the same day. The office and reception area is layed out in a way that is very inviting and relaxing. What I value more than anything about all of the staff is their patience with my anxiety about getting dental work done. They're flying an oral surgeon in from Toronto in a couple of months to take care of my teeth, and I couldn't be more thankful. I've never had a bad experience there. The lengths they will go to in order to help me is humbling, and I have a need in my heart to thank them.
