  Not my first time to this place and def. not my last. Went with some friends who had never been to montreal and were visiting from Boston and we were in from Prince Edward County Ontario. Such great food. Salad amazing, as was the ribs and the more than amazing "beignet " desert. Best part was our wait staff, Sam, who was more than lovely and made the experience awesome. So if anyone thinking of hitting this amazing Montreal eatery..please do it's so well worth it. —

  Nora Gray is not overrated. Small bistro and bar located near the Bell Center. Creative northern Italian cuisine with fresh, seasonal ingredients drives the menu. The lobster salad with buttermilk dressing and the nettle gundi were spectacular. The chick pea fritters and bolognese would be perfect with a glass of Barolo on a winter day. We sat at the end of the bar and it was perfect. Reservations highly recommended as this place is busy!

  The perfect hole on the wall restaurant we’ve been looking for! Refined service, creative and inventive menu, impressive wine list, dressy casual for a comfortable friday or saturday night out without the frills!

  A Gem in a whole in a wall. Creative menu, wonderful service, excellent food. We were a group of 6, every dish was delish! Definitely go back!

  Amazing food and great service. Never fails on any dish. Amount of salt is perfect. Fresh ingredients. Interesting wine collection. Definitely a low key place in the neighbourhood but once you know it's there, you are hooked :)

  Been wanting to try for quite a while, and let me tell you that it does not disappoint. Very nice attention to the clients comfort, personalised approach to my gf's dietary restrictions (which is huge for celiacs and non-dairy diners), being able to eat what you want rather than what you can goes a long way. The wines by the glass are awsome, alcohol free option was delicious. Masterful dishes with lots of technique, texture and love. Awsome homey touches; the tripes were lovely, quail is out of this world and the smoked tuna pasta was on point, no fla-fla, just good food and great service from veterans in the game, that know what restauration is all about. Congrats and thanks!

  First time I experience immensely enjoying everything I tried, from the appetizer to the dessert. Incredibly delicious! And I also loved how classy the waitresses were dressed; for once I got to enjoy my meal without having ladies saturate my overall dinning experience with their breasts. Well done Nora �

  Nora Gray is intimate enough that it feels like a place to hang out and hide away with friends, but hip enough that you may make new ones. They hosted my 5th WeDoSomething Montreal event with huge generosity and grace - and the food was simple, but awesome - which is sometimes harder to pull off. Thank you Ryan, Emma and Lisa. Y'all rock.

  We had a really wonderful experience at Nora Gray. Started with yummy cocktails while we perused the menu. I settled on a great baked seafood appetizer and an amazing saffron linguini. The pasta was perfectly simple with smoked tuna, a buttery sauce, peas, and breadcrumbs. My partner ordered the two specials of the day: a homemade tortellini filled with salami in brodo and a spaghetti carbonara. As we were talking about how we wished we had ordered some bread, one of the owners had a burst of ESP and brought us a thick slice of bread to soak up the carbonara sauce left in her plate. We finished our meal with a light lemon pavlova and coffees.
  
  
  
  In addition to the delicious food, the entire staff was friendly and very attentive. The decor was also cozy and classy. It was an overall fantastic experience and we will definitely be back!
