When Newdawn Development finished our home within the first 6 months we started having some issues with the quality frost buildup inside and outside of our doors do to improper instillation. The countertop started falling apart, a gap between the tiles and the door going to the garage, they put a new Thermostat on the wall and look at the pathetic putty and paint job they did wow , then look at the air intake vents on the outside of the house is that how how the air intakes are supposed to be?? We have water Fossetts not working last winter New Dawn sent someone in to give a quote to have the water Fossetts fixed I have not see or heard from anyone with regards to getting fixed I’ve called the owner 3 times sent emails talking to hie managers with regards to getting the issues resolved and all I’m getting is GHOSTED by this company. New Dawn development is this the way you treat Your customers in Cranbrook BC??
