  I first had a pleasure to work with Amiri back in 2018 for my then property to get Basement architectural drawings.
  The fact that, when it was time for me to get basement plans drawn up for my new house in 2021 I re-hired Amiri without giving a 2nd thought should speak for itself.
  
  In both my dealings with him, I found him professional and prompt.
  
  I recommended Amiri to my brother as well for his Basement plans.

  I came across Nesta Design due to the high reviews while I was shopping around to get my basement drawing. They didn't disappoint me. I've worked from day 1 with Amiri whom came couple of times to take measurements and review what we wanted to accomplished. He make seamless the process to get City Permit and provided digital and hard copy of all drawings
  
  I've appreciated even more than he's been there to answer questions during the building process.
  
  I'd recommend them for sure.

  NestaDesign was a pleasure to work with. Amiri was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. The drawings and submissions were completed within a timely manner. Based on no changes needed to the drawings when the permit was approved, allowed me to see that they knew exactly what to do. I highly recommend them.

  Thank you very much!! Amiri from NestaDesign is highly recommended he is very patience and professional. He responds on time and meets the clients demand along with his professional experience.
  The price is just right did not under charge or over charge.
  The saying goes "you pay for what you get" and with Nestadesign I got exactly what I wanted

  I had a great experience working with Amiri regarding my Basement design and permit process.
  I found Amiri was Professional, knowledgeable and very detailed.
  The process was very transparent and we got the permit on the expected timeline.
  Overall I am very satisfied. I would highly recommend Amiri for anyone who is looking to get the Design and Permit approved with the City.
