I had my dress altered at Nelia's for my wedding recently and my dress fit like a dream. I don't think a better job could have been done. I honestly felt like a queen! Amazing customer service and very hard-working. Thanks again to Nelia and staff for doing such a high quality job.

Amazing experience from start to finish. I drove up from Sault ste Marie in March and from the minute I walked in Nelia was patient, knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for after just talking with me for a few minutes. She even took the time to help with head pieces and jewlery.
She has so much experience and it definetly shows as she was bang on with every suggestion and pick she made.
Fast forward to yesterday, I drove up to pick up my dress and again nothing short of amazing. Between Nelia and the other girls working, they made the experience a great one. Nelia took the time to show my maid of honour how to do up the dress properly, etc. Thanks again :)response / report this review -

Neila does alterations and also sells one of a kind prom, graduation, wedding dresses and gowns. In 30 seconds she will size u up and then persuade u to put on the perfect gown. When u say yes to her dress it will be the most beautiful. Don't go anywhere else.

I bought my dress in the states and the seamstress there totally butchered my dress. I took it in to Nelia and she fixed it back to perfection. I can not thank her enough for her amazing work, kind heart and helping me select a hair style and hair piece for my big day!! I am telling all my friends and family about her and recommending they go to her first

Love this beautiful ladies store. While shopping for my dress I became disheartened after Lindgren s didn't have what i was looking for and i simply
walked out on Blissful bridal, i mean after being treated like crap by that store twice I will never recommend that place to any one ever. (SHAME ON YOU BLISSFUL BRIDAL, If you dont intend to spend rediculous amounts of money on your dress don't go here they don't want to be bothered). So after that i thought i would have to shop out of town when i found this ladies beautiful store and a heart that matched she found my dress and was wonderful to deal with. This is where I got my prom dress, I loved it but for the price the dress was I wish they would've given me an actual garment bag for my dress instead of a garbage bag.

Terrible customer service. Unfriendly staff and not welcoming at all. Take a few pointers from other bridal shops in Sudbury. It'll do your business well.
