  SO AMAZING! I had a microdermabrasion service with Sarah (I think that's what it's called) with the Algae mask and extractions. And WHEN I TELL YOU, my skin was so smooth and soft after. I had to put on a little make up later that night and the application was perfect. I've always had problems with blackhead and impurities on my nose and THEY ARE GONE. Super, super happy with the results and I can't wait to see Sarah again. 10/10 would recommend.

  The reiki service I had done was such an amazing experience. I have a lot of anxiety and once I left the table I was completely relaxed for the week. I fully recommend using Sharon as your reiki practitioner for anxiety, stress and help alleviating pain. She is the best and a great asset to the Natural Sole Wellness team.

  I had a very pleasant experience at this Wellness Centre with Sharon S! I had tried Reiki for the first time and was a little hesitant at first, but Sharon made me feel at ease and quite comfortable. I had gone in for my anxiety and I have to say, I have never felt better! I have booked several more sessions with her and am looking forward to her magic once again!

  My first time going to Natural Sole and it was a perfect experience. Sarab went through all of my issues and addressed everything and my additional questionsthe treatment was painless and extremely effective, I came in with a lot of foot pain and left with none. Thanks!!

  As a diabetic, I need to get regular foot care. I got excellent medical care on my feet, particularly on my toes (difficult work). Then I progressed to massages. Specifically, particular spots. Care is taken to determine what kind of pain and where specifically it is and what depth of massage is desired. I have gotten excellent relief. And at this moment, in addition to the above, I am suffering with vertigo and the Chiropractor has a specialty in vertigo. Her services are reducing the difficulties associated with vertigo and teaching me how to live a safer and more comfortable life.
  
  All those on the Natural Sole team share the love of their work and the ethics of the owners, Sarab and Geoff. I admire their energy, professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend Natural Sole Wellness Centre.
