This is the warehouse fo southern AB, so they'll likely have whatever you need on the shelf. Helpful folks at the counter will help you find it.

Bought a Legend battery from this location. GM dealership says my battery is showing low voltage and is faulty. Went to the main counter NAPA and they said to remove the battery, charge it, and then bring it in. (All you non-mechanical people out there take notice as you better buy some tools.) As it turns out they have a 30 year old bench style battery (alternator) test rig which according to the staff is not replaced because Vern will not get them a proper machine. Surprise.no issue according to their test. Went to a different NAPA location and with their battery tester it did indeed show lower voltage than should have been. The battery was replaced. You should not have to remove the battery from the vehicle for a simple test.
This location is one of the most established locations in the city and should be the flagship for equipment and customer service but instead it seems that Vern and his staff are stuck in the 80's. The majority of the staff I saw looked as though this is the most miserable place to be and would rather be anywhere but there. Go to any other NAPA if you want good customer service. These people simply aren't interested in you or your seemingly annoying problems.response / report this review -

Great place and great staff, came to check for a fuel shut off valve for an older Dodge RAM 3500, they have it in stock.

Abysmal ettiquette from staff. Waited a half hour for an oil filter while the staff stood around swearing and making sexual innuendo. The store manager was there doing nothing but shrugging his shoulders and pitter-pattering around the shop floor. Take some pride in your work.

Adam was a great help in a real pinch. He helped find the right parts and tools even though it took 5 minutes past closing. He looked up a repair sheet and came to the truck a few times. This saved our butts as we were stranded from out of town. It wasnt easy and took a few tries, but in the end all was well. Good customer service made the experience much better. Very happy!

If I could give a negative rating I would!! Ok sure the guy I initially dealt with was very nice but really all he did was follow the buttons on the computer As far as picking parts these guys are painful as hell!! They took almost an hour to pick my parts some simple break pads and rotors Then when they do bring out the parts the idiots couldn't read and only brought out one rotor!!!! I will never ever!!!!!! Come here for auto parts again!!!!
