  Small auto parts store, but a decent selection. You can order parts online right to the store and they get them pretty quick. My parts where there in less than 24 hours for a 1997 car.

  Worst customer service. I was clearly an inconvenience to the gentleman by inquiring about a part. Napa should fire him. I'd sooner drive into Calgary than deal with these guys again

  The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
  
  Napa Auto Parts in Canmore carries a huge inventory, if the part you need is not in stock and it's before 10am you'll get it same day from the city.
  If it's after 10am then it will more often than not be 8am the following day all at no extra cost.
  An excellent service provided for a small town in the mountains.

  The douchebag who works at the front counter is a complete moron. He lacks in customer service skills and is always in a very bad mood. He also stares into your eyes very creepily. I do not recommend this location. The two times I've been there I've left in a shitty mood and without any merchandise because the worker is unable and un willing to help
