I called mid afternoon to inquire about pricing and availability.
A very pleasant woman quoted an excellent price for a manicure, as well, she was willing to accommodate me that same evening.
I had a wonderfully relaxing experience, chatting with the lovely, young owner.
She took extra time to repair three nails after I messed them up reaching into my purse and putting my coat on.
She is a very hard working, concientious, pleasant individual, dedicated to providing her clients a pleasant experience.
I wish her all the best in her future with Fingers and Toes salon.

I had a lovely experience at Fingers and Toes, I got a manicure and shellac and was incredibly happy with the service provided. By far the best value for money prices in Banff, go check them out! Highly recommended!

    Do not go here!!!!

Today my friend and I started our girls night away with a manicure.
We did our research before and found what we thought was the most affordable place in banff but had sticker shock when we went to pay.
My friend had called 2 weeks ago to ask about prices (as they are not online) and was told they had a deal of 38.50 for a manicure and pedi for 52.50. I did get a shellac so there was a $15 upgrade for that. So the price should've been 53.50. I got to the till and was charged $84. I also did have old shellac on that needed to be removed but most places include that in their price when you are also getting it put on. If I knew that's how much it would've been I sure wouldn't have gone.
The girl I had was very friendly but she didn't seem to have that much experience doing nails. She cut 2 of my cuticles to the point of open painful skin as well as 2 of my nails have defects in the nail polish. I complained to the owner as I was paying and hardly even got an apology out of her. I'm aware that the owner used to be an employee of the Banff Springs. She should be aware of the amenities that come with their services, her pricing is comparable with nowhere near the experience provided by her former employer.
It wasn't a great start to our girls weekend that's for sure.

I had planned a great ladies night in Banff and thought we would start with manicures in the morning. I called Fingers and Toes as they don't have any pricing listed on their website. The woman who answered the phone admitted that she wasn't the owner but quoted me prices for their services. As there was a current sale she mentioned those prices as well as the regular cost. For a regular shellac manicure I was quoted $55 (approx $35 was the sale cost).

When I received a return call to confirm our appointments I was given a combo quote for a shellac manicure and regular pedicure at $115.

We arrived to our appointment and I enjoyed the salon. My 60 minute pedicure was great and I followed with a shellac manicure. I was very shocked to pay at the end of the session and was charged $145. My girlfriend only had a shellac manicure with removal of the old shellac. She was charged $84 for her services, was even charged additional for removal of shellac. Most salons will waive that removal fee if you are replacing product. Also to note, she was cut twice to the point of bleeding and the owner could barely utter an apology.

The over pricing left a very bitter taste to the start of our fun day. If we wanted to pay such high prices, we would have gone to the Banff Springs or hotel as such, where we could have enjoyed the added benefit of their full spa ambiance and services. If they would put their prices online they wouldn't have this concern with miscommunication, but then they probably wouldn't have us much customer traffic.

Unimpressed.for a new shop owner she seemed to not care that we were so disappointed.

I go here regularly and the service and professionalism is always exceptional. I find the atmosphere friendly and relaxing. These ladies always do an amazing job, they take the time to make sure I am happy when I leave. They are super helpful and accommodating finding me an appointment time that works or taking me as a walk in. I am definitely a return customer!

Saturday was the second time for me and my bestie at Fingers and Toes. Both times we had an amazing experience. Not only do they do a fantastic job, the ladies are super friendly and nice. They enjoyed our sense of humor and we had a blast. The decor is fabulous and the massage chairs are the best we've ever sat in! Every time we stay in Banff we will be returning there for a great session of pampering and great company! Thank you ladies! You rock!
