I applied for a loan through these guys using multiple sources of income and still had to call them multiple times to try to get my application through.

It shows on the website that they allow loans on CERB ect and when I asked her about that she said they don't allow that so I told her that it shows on the website that they do. She then changed her story 2 more times regarding this information.

We proceeded to go through with the application through other income means and I receive an email saying I was declined even though I was told I would be approved through the income I was applying with.

When I called back to ask she said that their system declined me through their screening process but could not give me a direct answer.

Don't waste your time with this company.

They lie on their website make you go through the work of doing the application, 4 hours later you realize from them that you aren't approved even though you have guaranteed income.! You are better off borrowing from an elephant rather than this company. I have had nothing but issues the girl over the phone nothing but rude hung up on me twice they have absolutely no customer service. Don't go here unless you are dying and flat broke! Even then I wouldn't

I had an issue today when applying, but management stepped up and helped solve the problem, quickly and efficiently. I was able to conduct the transaction with no problem after that. They were quick to respond quickly as well via email when I had questions.
