We were buying a new house and worked with Sim Dhaliwal to find funding for our new mortgage. He is professional and a good communicator, answering all of our inquiries promptly. He was always accessible by phone, text, or email. When reviewing contracts he went through everything literally LINE BY LINE to make sure we understood everything fully. Me being a detail guy and knowing legal contracts found this incredibly useful which left nothing hidden. It was NOT just a "sign here and walk away" deal. Even if you are new to mortgages, buying etc., Sim can walk you through it and make it painless.

We had no idea on how to get a mortgage and were all confused. We went and talked to Sim Dhaliwal, a young passionate man, who helped us out. He was completely professional and made the process look so easy. The BIGGEST thing I liked in him was that, he does not lie like many other brokers out there.
