I love the clothing but recently had a very bad experience at the Gravenhurst location. My husband and I went in and we purchased two long cut sherpa jackets and a pair of camp pants. My jacket was white and the inside of the hood was grey. I washed it per the instructions and the grey from the inside of the hood die ran like crazy. I washed it again and a lot of it came out but the jack was not wearable, especially when I paid $79+ tax. I brought it back to the store within a few weeks with the receipt to exchange it for a different colour to avoid it happening again. I was then told that I would have to take pictures of the jack, send them to the store manager and they would let me know within 24 hours what they would do to resolve the issue, that is how she was trained and their return policy. I asked the clerk where on the receipt or posted in the store this ‘return policy’ was nothing was posted in this regard. I drove up from Orillia to exchange the sweater and I was not coming back again so I asked to speak to the manager. The clerk got the manager on the phone and told me that this has happened a few times and to go buy some shout and wash it again not going to happen so the manager did me a big favour -a one time thing - and I could exchange it. The clerk took over the call and spoke to the manager. I told the clerk I was grabbing a complete grey jacket and she asked me not to take it from the rack on the floor she’d get me one from the back - nope, was there returns in the back she was going to give me?

AMAZING customer service!! I wanted to switch two things in my order and they got back to me right away and made the change!! Then I got a message the next day saying that it had been shipped with the changes!!!! Will definitely buy again from here and can’t wait to wear my comfy pants and hoodie!!! HIGHLY recommend!!!!! I was at the Huntsville location last week with my three year old daughter and her baby brother. I already have a warm pair of paw print pants and was there to get a pair for my daughter. The woman working there was fantastic with my daughter and made her feel so special! She absolutely loved the experience! Thank you!

OMG says it all in my opinion From your sweaters to your sock they are warm and comfy. My husband is not a sweater man but now owns 2 Now� I only wish you had a store in Niagara (well my husband don’t as I’d shop more lol ). Love your products.

We had our first visit in the fall. We had a small issue with our purchase and contacted the company. They were so kind and easy to deal with and went over the top to make it right. Will be visiting again the next time we’re in Bracebridge. Great company!

Some of my favourite, most-worn clothes have come from Muskoka Bear Wear. The prices may seem a bit steep, but when compared to other main stream brands (who make their products off shore), I think they're reasonable. Add in the fact that they're so darn comfy and last as long as they do, I think they're a worthwhile investment. I've got several pieces and I've been slowly decking out most of my family - who love them too!
Can't forget the ease of use of the website and the stellar customer service. These guys rock.
Now if we could just see some more of the colours make their way into the men's lines. haha. :)response / report this review -

I would never choose any other store to buy my comfy clothes and leggings at! As a former employee, I have to share that yes the clothing is 100% Canadian and I have never came close to seeing a product that can top the quality or even match it. They are also wonderful employers as well! I may live farther away now but that's not going to stop me from reaping my Muskoka Bear Wear!
