Had a very bad grease buildup in kitchen drain line. Kyle showed up and cleared out the entire line with a high pressure gadget. Kyle wasn’t happy until there was 100% water flow back through the drain. He stayed later to make sure he cleared every bit of the entire blockage. I’m very happy with the result and the my drain is working perfectly again. Mr rooter definitely helped so much and I’d recommend their service to anyone in need of a good thorough plumbing service.

I was able to get an appointment for service the same day I called, in fact within a couple of hours of calling. I was able to track the technician to know exactly when he would arrive, and I also appreciated receiving the technician’s photo to know who to expect at my door.
Kyle was very friendly, professional, and positive. He presented several options, explained each and was happy to answer questions. The work was completed efficiently, including the very prompt arrival of a second technician, and everything was left looking clean and tidy. Outside of a bill that was a little higher than I had hoped, I was very satisfied with the service I received.response / report this review -

Brandon and his team were very diligent and professional! They were my second opinion on a leak. The workmanship and skill of these gentleman were excellent compared to the first plumber I had. I will be sure to seek their expertise in the future.

I had Curtis Hebert from Mr. Rooter give us an in home quote to replace our old 50 gallon natural gas power direct vent hot water tank. Together we set up an appointment that worked for me and my family to get it swapped out. He returned on the day at the exact time we agreed upon. He removed the old tank and installed our new one. It worked out perfectly. He was fast, polite, professional, clean and his customer service was impeccable. We are glad to have a new hot water tank that works flawlessly. It was our first time using Mr. Rooter for any service and I can say with certainty it will not be our last.

We had a leak under the kitchen sink that required a pipe repair and Jacob was very helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer any of our questions. He worked quickly and cleaned up all of the mess when he was finished. He showed me where the previous piping was not assembled correctly, as well as the other issues with it. Jacob was able to complete the work right away and saved my husband and I from having to worry about it over the weekend. We will definitely be contacting him for any future plumbing issues!

Well done..very professional! explained to me what options I had and asked me to decide rather than him deciding for me. Very polite. I will definitely use them again. Keep in mindit was not cheap but well worth the money when you have no other options.

We had an issue with the sump pump and called Mr Rooter. We are very happy with the level of customer service. The next day Curtis Hebert arrived on time and was very professional, efficient and personable. He diagnosed the problem and offered sound options and recommendations. We decided to replace the sump pump. Curtis completed the job efficiently and professionally. A pleasant experience from beginning to end. Highly recommended.

Scott and Jordon were at my door less than 45 minutes from my contacting the company, HUGE THANKS for the meticulous, methodical, professional work done.they went way beyond in their efforts. These guys came well equipped with a pile of modern technology. They worked diligently on what was a particularly bizarre plumbing configuration, they also left the room cleaner than it was prior to their arrival. These guys were knowledgeable and informative, their work comes with a 2 yr warranty, which hopefully, I will never have to take them up on. I highly recommend this outfit, well worth the price!!!!

Called on Mr Rooter to find out why my water heater wasn't working during a vicious cold snap. Anthony came in the same day discovered an issue with my current unit and ultimately I decided to install a new unit. The next day Anthony and Christian showed up and had the new unit up and running the same day. Anthony and Christian were amazing, polite, respectful, honest and informative. They showed me how to use the new unit and followed up later that day to see if I had any issues or questions. They also fixed a minor issue with my water softener. The dispatch kept me informed on timing and worked things out so all could be done as quick as possible. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will be using them for all my plumbing and heating needs going forward. Thanks guys!

Sewer backed up in my basement. I called Mr Rooter and they came right away. I had Evan as my technician. He was amazing. My kids loved him because he gave them Mr Rooter toys. I appreciated his honesty and professional but friendly approach. He walked me through everything. Was very upfront about pricing. I was not charged for more than he quoted. I have an old house with old plumbing that didn’t make it easy for him. We went with the power wash to remove the roots from the clay pipe. I ended up needing a new sewer pipe. Evan informed me my insurance may help and they did. Evan and a few others from Mr Rooter did the no dig sewer replacement. All together they were here 4 times. I absolutely recommend Mr Rooter!!!

I would first of all like to say that having someone come to your house to unclog your toilet is of course not the best situation to be in but the man they sent to my home was amazing. I'm a very curious person by nature and he answered all my questions even though he didnt have to..he even cleaned up everything after he was done as if he was never there.and then I was contacted the next day to inquire as to how everything was and how the service wasI would definitely recommend this company to others

Since moving into our new home in May we have experienced several plumbing issues that required service. We reached out to Mr. Rooter (Plumber: Kris Johnson) the first time and pleased with his service! When we call we always ask for Kris! Also, Jeremy & the administration staff go above and beyond to ensure customers receive quick and efficient service. Moving forward we will only go through Mr. Rooter for our plumbing needs. Keep up the great work!

I can't overstate how customer oriented this company is. They were ready to go the day I called, the plumber was on time, professional and worked hard to fix my issues. Pricing is completely transparent and comparable to other quotes. Would recommend 100%

Honestly - I have nothing else to add. The service was great, Josh was very professional and on time. He answered all my questions well and the company does things really well. The only way they could make this service is better is they did the work for free would be my only feedback. Side note: Looking at the yelp reviews of this company say more about the people that use yelp than they do about this company.
