We made a reservation for this restaurant. Haven't been to Montana's in over 2 years. I would always visit the Brantford location.
We should have known something was wrong when there was barely anyone in the restaurant.
Food was horrible! Ribs came to the table cold. Told the server, they went back and heated it up and brought it back. We made her bring us a fresh set of ribs because these ones looked like yesterday's food.
The firecracker burger was always my favorite. I would always say those is the best burger I've ever had. The one we just had was mediocre at best.
We won't be back. This was a waste of my money!response / report this review -

One of the worst restaurant experience's we have ever had. Food took an hour to be served and when it was served it was awful. The steaks and chicken were over cooked, the steak salad was missing half the ingredients that it should have had, beef sandwich was dried out, the mushroom skillet was completely burnt and they forgot an order of wings. To top it off the manager hung her waitress (who was doing her very best) out to dry. Manager (Kathy) never came to our table when requested. That is terrible management! I would not recommend this location to anyone!!

Food was good. Food arrived slow. They were out of rice they asked what to substitute (chose loaded baked potato) and meal showed up 2 minutes later.
Brought 5 yr old grandson kids menu reasonable selection and priced well. CAA discount of 10% helps with bill.
Food was hot. 32 oz beer � was cool. Server was attentive. Manager checked in as well.

This place has gone so far downhill over the past year or so. Service is awful, they're always running out of menu items, portions are never consistent, and food is quite often cold. Used to go every other week for lunch when I'd go to Costco, now I don't go at all. It's gotten so awful there. And the parking lot being practically empty at lunch or dinner tells me that I'm not to only one who's done with this place. Management needs a wake up call.

If i could rate it 0 I would. From the second we walked in the waitress gave attitude. The pepsi didn't taste right and when we complained the waitress said "that's how it is it's the syrup". Then after waiting 45 minutes for ribs they came out stone cold and the waitress response, "We can make you different ribs". Right not waiting another 45 minutes for cold ribs.

Great food and reasonable prices. My only complaint is that they run out of things on the menu and last time I was there they completely ran out of Ricards red beer on tapwhich is my fav! Overall great place to eat.

Walked in, waited a while before someone decided to seat us. Kids were getting antsy waiting for food. Appetizers finally arrived. Asked for a refill on my drink. Never got it. Waited another 15 minutes for meal to arrive. Steak was kind of warm. "Fire" burger had 2 mini pieces of jalapeño. Nothing "fire" about it. Fries very salty. $95 total. Not worth the money at all

My fiance took me there for my birthday on Thursday, attentive service the wait was appropriate for preparing a steak, steak could have been hotter but was still delicious. They were the best ribs my fiance can ever remember having.

We come here a lot. But I have to say. Tonight I ordered the antojitos as I have very often. These were the saddest looking squished things I’ve even seen . Super small and flat. Soo. Disappointing

Took advantage of the lovely patio that welcomes our well behaved dogs today. Awesome service from Sarah and a nice man whose name I forgot. The manager came out to say hello as well. Treats and water for Koda, and a delicious chicken caesar salad for me. Highly recommend it!!

Had a great time for my first time at Montana's our waitress was great with our large group wonderful sense of humour and she aimed to please. The food was reasonably priced and tasted fine. My idea of medium is not quite as done as my steak was but I now know that for next time.

Went there last night with some friends after a movie, portions of food were very disappointing, waiting a long time for our food just to have my steak overcooked - this is the second disappointing experience at a Montana's, will not return or recommend to anyone.

Good location. Good atmosphere..out of the three locations in the area they have the best ribs..just ask my boyfriend! Servers are attentive. Although there was a wait on each refill of the all you can eat ribs. It was fairly busy..and it was worth the wait

Just for their doggy friendly patio, these guys get a five! We love being able to enjoy dining out without worrying about leaving our furry little one. Wish more places could follow their lead. � And yes food and service was good too. :)

Went there with my sister and 6 kids!!! Waitress put kids meals in first and was on top of things. It was no problem to customize my order to accommodate food allergies.

Were a little surprised on a recent evening visit how empty the restaurant was compared to the neighbouring places.
Food was goodbut not great, which was to our surprise. We used to eat here frequently when our children were younger.

We were there for Father's Day (somewhat a busy day). Our food was served hot and quickly. Taste was great. Love the atmosphere - with an 81 year old Dad, the decor brought back fond memories of times past and in particular time spent together. Mixed with the current sports on the tv screens, there is something for everyone.

We hadn't been for years but it was always great. Went last night and it was obvious it has taken a big dive in quality and service. The food was dry and the portions were smaller than before. Won't be going back.

The waitress wasn't just nice, but also knew how to have a conversation and make it a fun time. Food was pretty good.
