  I had a 100$ gift card and it’s still too expensive.
  
  The food is very good, but other Italian restaurants serve the same quality food for less.
  
  Service was very bad. I hate trying to get people’s attention, because I’ve been a server and I know how hectic it can be. We tried many times to get her attention with only 2 other tables in that servers area and she would continuously walk away.
  
  Won’t return.

  I haven't had a decent pizza since I moved to Winnipeg. I ordered black olives on my pizza and they used canned olives, the ones with no taste. I'm still looking.

  My experience at Mona Lisa was appalling.
  
  It was supposed to be a great Saturday, November 18, 2016 anniversary night, but it ended in disaster thanks to the incompetence and unwillingness to help of the staff that night:
  - There was no reservation on the books, although I made it for a specific table by the kitchen on Monday
  - The Hostess and manager offered us other tables which were not suitable;
  - There was no offer to sit us in the bar, or suggest we wait there until a table came up given they had made the error
  - No one responded to my email about my experience and the owner has never called me back
  - Obviously, client satisfaction doesn't rate highly with Mona Lisa.
  I would never recommend this restaurant for the following reasons: poor client service, management and ownership. There are far too many other excellent restaurants in Winnipeg that I would choose over Mona Lisa.

  Waited over an hour for our orders. Decided we had waited enough, left we tried to understand that they were busy but when others that came in the restaurant had gotten their food. It was a disappointment. But I have to say the waiter was very friendly and deserved 5 stars.

  Best experience I have ever had! Was here for a birthday get together. Staff were friendly and helpful. Gave us all the attention we needed! The food was amazing. Not a single item I did not like. I will be back

  We've been going to Mona Lisa for 25 years. Witnessed all of the changes. Last night was the first time we were truly disappointed with the food. The lasagna was mostly pasta. The cannelloni noodles were either under cooked or had dried out while being baked. The fettuccine Alfredo was a massive lump of glue. The entre prices are way over priced for the quality Mona Lisa plates. Olive Garden's got you beat, and that's very sad.

  Awesome service and great food! We had the tomato soup and cream of chicken to start. Them had the chicken parmesan and veal. Then ended it with cheesecake and coffee. All freshly made to order. Along with healthy portions to take home and enjoy the next day.

  Very nice place. Their lasagna is extremely delicious and tasty, great costumer service and they deliver food as well . The only downs i found for this place are the prices are a little high and the wait times foe your food are quite long. But once you get the food to your table its worth it because ita extremely delicious.
