  Thank you, Yves! Yves and his team were fabulous. We detected a water leak, which turned out to be a long-standing leak that had led to a significant accumulation of black mold snuggled between drywall sheets in our bedroom and bathroom ceiling. Yves explained all the problems and went to work to correct an awful situation. Yves made his team available right away and completely removed all traces of the mold and contaminated parts. Because of him and his team, our family can breathe easily again.

  I called MoldXperts on 2 occasions, once for mold and another time for asbestos. Luckily for me there turned out to be no traces of any of those harsh substances. Yves was professional and more importantly honest and didn't charge me on both occasions which demonstrated to me that his reputation is very important to him. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!

  We called moldxperts after our tenants found mold in their apartment and they have been amazing through the whole process. Yves is honest, professional and has really taken the time to explain everything to us clearly in a difficult and stressful situation.   There was a undetected foundation crack in the basement and it had been leaking for a long period. We were lucky to find this problem during our renovation. Thanks to its amazing good reviews, I found MoldXperts and made an appointement with Yves. Yves came quickly for an estimate and gave me a reasonable quote. Max came to do the mold treament as scheduled, did an efficient and professional job. During the whole service process, Max was patient and helpful when answering all of our questions. Yves and max make a great team! I'll definitely recommend MoldXperts to any friend in case of a mold issue!

  We had to deal with Mr. Yves Levis twice - to check for mold/moisture from the toilet leakage on the neighbors downstairs. First time, he honestly told us that there was no mold, so no need for clean up (which is much appreciated, him being honest), 2nd time there was more damage caused so we hired Mold Experts to do a clean up which they did - in good delays, and I'm sure good quality (I'm not an expert, but I trust them ;)). Very professional, great service, and pleasant to deal with. Thank you and very recommended!
