Quick detailed service. Good car wash. They called for rear diff fluid which I had just had done 8000 kms before. Had it checked shortly after at dealership and it was fine. I don't think malicious I think they just weren't used to the darker fluid Ford used.

Helpful staff, not too pay as far as upselling, and I've never had to wait more than about 30 sec for a mechanics bay to be available

Great friendly staff. They knew my rotary does not take synthetic. Honestly the best place in the SW to get an oil change. I go early morning and my oil change is done in 15 mins flat. I use to go to Mr.Lube but this location also has a Tim Hortons drive trough next door.

Great first experience. Had my Dodge Ram 3500 diesel oil change done in less than 15 minutes. The staff are knowledgeable and fast. No more dropping the truck off at the dealership for the day and trying to find a ride to and from work.

Everyone and anyone who knows anything about motor oil should know mobil 1 is one of the best oil's in the world. With that in mind its why I ever went to this place and they've been great. Way better than any other place I ever been to, and continuously will continue to go there regardless of the few odd 'not so good' reviews. Best car wash in town too (the $14 one that is).

Fish Creek Nissan wanted $542 for the 48k service on my pathfinder. Justin from Mobil 1 checked my fluids and my fluids were fine. I just needed an oil change and air filter. $114!!! I saved a ton of money. Thanks for the awesome service Justin, I will be back!

Mobil 1 has the best service, quick and efficient. I have been going to them since they opened and only trust them with my car now. The car wash is a bonus as well after I get my oil changed.

Very little wait time. Excellent customer interaction. Be aware that prices online ($99.99) is for x liters of fully synthetic oil and filter type.
I drive current generation of FWD Sienna. I had to pay $16 for additional oil (6.1 L in total) and $13 in surcharge for labor service because Sienna oil filter requires more time. I didn't know all this because I always took it to Toyota dealership for service.response / report this review -

Requested my phone number and I politely declined. They mentioned that they require my phone number in case of a recall or some other reason, but they would not use the number to sell me services. I again asked why they needed my phone number. Once again, I was told that it was to contact me in case of a recall or other. Again, I politely declined. Service guy then states that if I am not willing to give them my phone number, then they will not perform an oil change on my vehicle, so I once again politely declined to give them my number and drove off. Minit Lube asked for my number, but didn't require it when I declined, so guess who got my business. Out of curiousity, why would you call me about a recall? Your a quick lube business - do you normally have recalls on your oil?

My husband told me not to go there because they are expensive. Well this time he is away and car need oil change so I went and told them exactly what my husband told me. To my surprised the price are not bad plus I got my online coupon less $10.00 the people there are really really nice good fast service I was so happy with the service shame to admit better service than getting my coffee at Timmy. And they even offered me a $ 5.00 car wash. I left that place with a very happy face good service reasonable price and so convenient. Highly recommended.
