Saved my bacon more than once on a Friday or Saturday afternoon with parts I didn't think I could get on short notice, yet they actually had in stock, or had next day from the warehouse. Staff I've dealt with are always patient and knowledgeable, and the tool rental (which I just found out about) is a huge help.

I get most my parts here. most things I can get same day. Way better part availability and price than NAPA. Partsource is a joke. This store has knowledgeable staff always willing to help. Keep in mind the staff may not be able to tell you what you need or train you to repair your car. It'll help if you have 1/2 a clue on what you're doing before you walk in.

My wife had terrible service. Went in for an air filter for her truck. Counter person was very ignorant to her and she ended up walking out. I will not shop here again. Some people may not have the automotive education needed and your employees should be willing to help them. This is really to bad because word does go around.

Drove 15 mins to the store to have an engine code checked. Waited in line 10 minutes then the guy tells me he won't do it in -24 or less, I tell him it isn't even minus 20 and the car is warm. He then says I don't check codes unless it is warmer than -5???? Then looks past me to the next person. Horrible customer service and won't be back!!!
