Their work is good and prefect fixing the damages. Very friendly to the customers. I bought winters tires to them it has good quality and price is reasonable than other stores. They open even on Saturdays and do a great service and very helpful staffs.

My wife and I recently had our vehicle in Mitchell tire for a repair. We are Absolutely Appalled by the way we were treated; not only by the owner, but also by some of the other employee's there
We simply had few questions about our recent repairs, and we were then yelled at, cursed at, threatened, and were even accused of being "on meds"!?
We have since heard some stories from other ex-customers in town, and it sounds like they have also had similar type experience's with this shop in the past
No apology was ever given to either of us for their rudeness and disrespect

Worst experience of life going to this Mitchell Tire place!
Have now heard from people in town that Brody's is most honest, trustworthy, and non-discriminating Shops in Mitchell.
Will be going there now and hopefully they will be able to fix everything up.response / report this review -
