  I drove 3 hours to purchase a vehicle from Goderich Honda. I was treated fairly and the vehicle was as described and in very good condition. My trade in was appraised fairly. The vehicle was ready when promised and the whole transaction was transparent and stress free.

  During the payment process the customer service was very good. However, when we got our vehicle it had tires on it that should never have passed safety they were so bad. The dealership apologized and switched out the tires which was nice, but it was a lot of driving for us to fix that dangerous mistake.
  
  Then exactly 2 weeks after purchase our battery stopped working, which we were told was not their problem. It would have been nice to not have problems with the vehicle 2 weeks after it passed a safety

  Extremely poor service. I took a vehicle for safety on July 12, 2016 and I was charged $ 103.96, then I brought another vehicle on July 20, 2016 and they charged me $ 172.00 stating that they had made a mistake the first time, however, when I dropped the vehicle nobody told me anything about the price changes.
  Furthermore, they made me change parts that were in perfect condition and did not needed to be replace.
  I talked with the service manager who is an extremely rude individual and he said "pay the charges or I won't give you the safety's certificate".
  I was charged for 1.5 hours of labour to inspect the vehicle when in fact they only took 40 minutes to inspect the vehicle.
  I then went to speak with the new general manager, who is another very arrogant individual. He stated without even checking that the charges were correct.
  I have been a customer at Goderich Honda for 23 years and today, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 had been the last time I have ever take a vehicle to Goderich Honda.
  On the top of the extremely poor service and the illegality of the charges, I went to another shop and they charge $ 87.96 taxes included for safety inspection.
  Please if you decide to take the car to this shop make sure they are not making you change parts that are in perfect condition.
