Great place for kids of all ages. Lots of space to run and decent parking but wish there were more benches. Can't honestly complain. Both my kids always come back tired.

Family friendly. Great parks for playing the water park come summer is very popular and clean. Beautiful scenic walks.

Just a short little walk around a beautiful pond. The entire walk is flat and paved. There is also a little art gallery I would recommend checking out.

Great park with a lake. They also stock the lake with fish as part of the the fishing in the city program. Never caught a fish but I have watched others reel them in. Also there is a spray park and several playgrounds that the kids will enjoy.

There's a nice trail around the lake. Lots of big open fields to run around in. Three playgrounds, and a fun water park in the summer! Two bathrooms. Covered pavilions. Picnic tables off the Ware St entrance. I have been there many times and I enjoy it very much!

An excellent park with lots of option for the kids and family. They have a large play area (swings, slides, etc.) with wood mulch adjacent to a water-park. There's also a great bike path that goes throughout the park, a nice lake, baseball diamonds, pool, etc.
Everything is well maintained, and you can easily spend an entire day here with the whole family.response / report this review -

Often extremely busy park. The walk is a nice distance. If you like to socialize its a good place to go. The Pokemon stations are great for kids. Abbotsford needs more walking and biking trails for families.

A great park to go for a walk around, or go to the pool or water park. However, lately it seems the city hasn't been maintaining it the way they should be. The boardwalk that goes across the lake has corners dipping down into the water and all of the railings are on such an angle that it looks like they are going to fall over! It's quite unsafe, so be careful. Also, watch your step for "goose grease" on the walkways because they don't clean them at all.

Great park for a quick 40 minute walk for when waiting for appointments in Abbotsford. The kids like it too.

The city of Abbotsford has done a fine job consolidating many smaller parks into one large park. The paths are well paved for stroller, wheelchair, and rollerblade use. The facilities are good: multiple large playgrounds, water park + pool, cultural points of interest, and lots of benches. The botanist in me would like to see a section devoted to a garden of native plants for educational purposes.
