Very snooty customer service. I happened to go in to drop off a tuxedo that someone had rented. As I was in a rush I told the guy at the cash till that I could not stick around, and that they had the renters phone number should anything come up. The guy gave me attitude, because I was not sticking around while they review what is inside. "I understand that you are in a hurry, but there are procedures WE have to follow to ensure everything is there." The suit had nothing to do with me, there was no reason for me to stick around. (I gave 2 stars instead of 1, as the guy on the phone did say that he would try to stay later for me. It ended up it wasn't necessary; I did drop off well before closing, so the attitude was not impressive)
