Bought a forest river travel trailer and when i needed warranty work they literally fixed my tap with crazy glue, other issues have been going on for months now , they talk great service but once you sign the papers they want nothing to do with you.

Brought my 5th wheel here for some maintenance and I was supremely happy with the job. The service staff are awesome and I highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Very horrible service. All our tvs, stereo and Dyson vacuum cleaner got stolen out of our trailer while it was in their locked compound for service.
It was not broken into. So keys were used that were at the dealership.
We were told it was not their problem even though they were the ones with the keys.
We Were treated very badly and with disrespect.
It cost us $2000.00 to replace everything.response / report this review -

Bought our 2014 in Jan 2015 at the rv show in grande prairie. We had amazing service through the whole process. Loved the extras! In April 2017 we finally got it back in for warranty work, and James was very accommodating. He was prompt and was way ahead of schedule to complete the work. We look forward to our future visits at this location.

top notch service the min i walked in the door i went to other places and didnt even compare to how well they treated me, found one small issue with the unit and they didnt even blink an eye and fixed it right away i am 100% going back to woody's when time comes to upgrade exeptional experince
