With being in the IT business myself naturally I take a peek around at other competitor Google reviews. I happened to notice the 2 star rating, as I have seen a couple on my Facebook page, and also can't find invoices. Google doesn't take kindly to spam reviews and I feel posts like these should be reported as soon as possible. I would also while I'm on here like to thank you for your help when I was short on a part the odd time you almost always having something available saving me a rush order on a time sensitive job. Amazing service! I wanted to order a item that was hard to get ahold of in Lethbridge. I was expecting for them to say they couldn't ship due to headaches and extra work.. After a few min on the phone they emailed me my receipt and the package was off same day!

I can't praise this place enough, especially Andy. He went out of his way to ensure headphones got repaired and returned before i flew home and updated me via email throughout the process. 10/10 customer service.

Took my computer in after i had messed it up pretty bad with a bios update that wasn't compatible and some fan issues. The staff at memory lane (Elliot in particular) was quick to assist me and very helpful with any questions that I had. They made short work of my problems and even helped my computer to run better. The drive to go above and beyond is all but mostly lost in this world and I was happy to find this level of service. In the end it only cost $140, which in it self is extremely reasonable. I would strongly recommend Memory Lane to anyone with THE utmost certainty.
