This is a good place, but I just tried to order online and they are no longer listed as a location on the official website. I also tried to call and nobody picked up. Is this location closed down??

Was an okay place to grab a couple of slices for lunch, the dough was especially nice, even if certain pizzas were too topping-heavy for the dough to carry it. Spicy button mushroom topping, as well as a sort of curried potato topping, were both great. Especially with the garlic sauce for dipping.
Unfortunately, I stopped by today (Nov 18th, 2017), only to find that they had just been shut down the day before by their landlord for failing to pay their rent. So this location appears to be closed for good.response / report this review -

The worst. Don't ever order from here. We wanted to order from Production Way location as it is closer to our house but the online ordering ended up at new west. Wanted to avoid here due to all of the bad reviews but we decided to leave the order as is. BAD MISTAKE.
5 topping pizza came 2 toppings only. Another 5 topping pizza came 4 toppings only. No call no nothing to change the order due to lack of ingredients or discounted charge. Chicken wings were overcooked and dry. Chicken bites were cheap no name brand chicken nuggets that weren't cooked! Inside was cold
Spinach roll was under cooked and the pizza dough was also doughy. The only good thing about this meal was Coke.
I usually never leave reviews but it was just poor customer service so y'all be aware!response / report this review -

We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza online. It was ready ahead of time, and crust and pepperoni were nice and crunchy. Overall a good quality for the price paid.

It is my favourite pizza in New West since we moved to south burnaby about two months ago. It's located right next to starbucks and London Drugs. They got great deals and they have huge selection of pizzas. Staff is exceptional! Even though they said it will take about 40 to 45 minutes for delivery; but it came within 30 mins hot and delicious!! Excellent pizza!!

First tried their slices last week and than I ordered pizzas last night. I gotta say the pizza was amazing. It had the best tasting crust ever. The pizza was fresh and was delivered on time. Definately ordering from here from now on. Delicious !!!

Amazing pizza best crust I've ever had. Can't comment on delivery but always professional and owner (or the guy) greets with a smile when I'm there. Highly recommend.

Never again.
I am not the one to post reviews, but this was by far the worst delivery experience I've had. We waited just slightly under an hour and a halfto receive rude service via phone and the driver. Sure enough our pizza was cold and soggythe boxes were even soggy. I have picture's showing that the pizza was no longer circle and was smooshed against the sides. I asked if there was anything they could do and believe it or not. They hung up on me. That's when I got angry. I have been a loyal customer. But after last night I will no longer be ordering from megabite in New west ever again. Please hire some employees who actually have good customer servicethis place was a joke. By the look of the rest of the reviews, I should have listened. I do not recommend this location.response / report this review -

Been ordering from here for awhile, new owners are doing a much better job. My order is 100% correct and plenty of toppings unlike before. Would recommend to friends..

Great people. My son was sleeping in the car and i ordered from outside in my car. They brought the food out to me. Way above and beyond what I expected. For fast quick filler when you're hustling its a good deal.

Great pizza when they make it right!
Unfortunately just like other reviews they always f..k up the Topping's. That's a big concern as certain Topping's I just won't eat. My biggest PO, is they don't serve small size pizza anymore. I used to get double decker in small would come to 20 with delivery. Now your forced to buy medium as a minimum. That starts at 28 so with tip,tax and delivery your looking at 35. As a single guy that's just to much for me to justify ordering. I used to order at least a couple times a week, I think I've ordered it once since they got rid of the small size. To bad. And yeah get your Topping's correct. And one more gripe, where are the sesame seeds? Other locations always have sesame seeds.response / report this review -

I've been a regular customer of this pizza place for almost a year and a half now. What I can say is that if you want a fresh from the oven then call ahead or wait. They can't make all kind of pizza at the same time, for that is a going to be a lot of waste and old pizza if there is no or few customer coming and picking in the shelf. I have ate a lot of pizza that I didn't like the taste but that is what I have ordered what I can do is just note what taste good and bad for me, you can't expect someone doing business to just give freebies.
