What started out as a good experience turned sideways after the job was completed and the bill was presented.
Not only was some of the workmanship questionable at best, which was discovered later and could have been deadly, they had the audacity to blame me for their faulty workmanship.
So much so they out right lied to another tech from a different shop about it when they were questioned.

The bill, well I'm sorry because this is a word I take very serious but I was seriously raped. They billed me 4.5 hours for a job that 4 other shops quoted me 2.5 hours at THE VERY MOST and 1 tech did the exact same job in 1.5 hours. To not take responsibility for your workmanship when picture evidence is presented is quite disingenuous at best. It sucks being stranded in the middle of nowhere, but it sucks even more when you are taken advantage of.

After breaking down on Rogers Pass I googled Heavy truck repair, I had a choice and picked M C Mechanical. Gave him a call at 10:00 p.m. and he was very helpful and said that when we get towed in he would look at the truck for us. For a small shop this place is sparkling clean, the people are very friendly, but what put this place over the top for me, were the people going above and beyond being helpful. I travel with my cats and when we found out our parts had to come from the U.S. the price quoted was the price we paid, there were no hassles, and they even gave us a ride to the hotel. I would recommend this place in a instant, Mark was more than a "Fix it and leave shop" he actually gave a crap about what was causing our issues rather than replace what is broken and get out. After being in and out of shops since 2006 (we own a Volvo, need I say more) this place I would definately go back to if I had any issues, just wish more people knew how to think and diagnose than what the computer tells them is wrong! A big WAY TO GO to M C Mechanical and thank you for looking after us!

The service was excellent I arrived late and they stayed to diagnose my problem! They had to chase down the parts and were able to have them delivered all the way from Surrey by 9:30 the next morning I was up and running by noon! Thank-you to the prompt and friendly staff I will make sure my company sends there trucks to you if and when they need anything in your area

Was the only shop in the area that seemed to have the skills to undertake the repairs to our trailer axle. We should have kept looking. We were charged almost double what it should have taken to complete the repairs. Upon finishing our trip we also learn that in addition to the high charges the work was incompetent. Our local mechanic discovered that the nuts used to secure the axle to the trailer were not the correct type and one was even cross threaded. We were very fortunate to have survived the trip in spite of this shoddy work.
