  I want to give them 0 .very bad store in canada. I buy a refrigerator but it brken after 5 week. They didn't return right way. I buy also protection for 3 yrs.bit 1st yr is from manufacturers they told me they can do nothing one lady who incharge for appliance very very bad behavior. I got from manufacturers authorization to replace they didnot replace me because i buy it when it was sale,now i have to buy new price. Very bad store i recommended to no dody buy anything from this store.

  Store has nice looking displays and a good variety of products.
  Prices are typically higher here than other competing stores.
  Employees seem poorly trained. Customer Service desk screwed up a dishwasher I ordered (An honest mistake on their part, they ordered the wrong colour). However they blamed me and said I must have ordered the wrong one. Customer service was beyond rude too. They then triple charged my credit card while they attempted to get the order right (They said that was also my fault again). Seems like they don't have any clue what they are doing. They got it straightened out in the end, but it was a huge hassle. I find that for my Hardware store needs, I almost always will drive past here to go to the local H.D.

  Received email regarding specials, checked store availability of items I wanted to buy, showed 5 in stock, went to the store, none in stock. Checked at Customer Support desk, was informed that their inventory numbers were out of date

  I went directly to the appliance section. The one lady I saw in appliance section is super knowledgeable and nice. But there should be one more person as knowledgeable she can call on when there's more than two persons waiting to get her attention.

  Went in looking for a replacement filter for my shop vac one of the staff told me to go to the counter and they would be able to help me and look it up to see which one would work. I went to the counter and they told me to go home and look up the filter on the shop vac site then come back and they might be able to help me if I found a replacement filter number. I went to home depot and they were able to help me get the proper filter for less than half the price of one very similar to what they had at Lowe's. Needless to say I won't be returning to that location anytime in the near future.

  Ok for some things.
  Good plumbing section, better than HD.
  Lumber is typically better quality than the local HD.
  Prices are typically higher here than other competing stores.
  Most Employees are friendly enough, but incompetent and / or poorly trained. Customer Service desk can be rude.
  Store keeps Concrete mix outside where it gets rained on and ruined.

  Went in and wanted salt. Only salt was covered in snow outside and didn't want to track it through the store. I grabbed a sign for the salt and took a picture for the cashier. The cashier was friendly but then this old associate came up and challenged me for taking up the sign. Like I was vandalizing the store or something. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be back.

  The microwave I ordered is late. I can't serve microwave popcorn to my guests.
  
  Update a year later Microwave is working great. Guests always enjoy the popcorn. I forgot it was late and I don't care anymore.
