Customer service was very poor at the location in Toronto. The client service person was not very knowledgable made a lot of mistakes and has not provided a great customer service at all. Manager had To be called to correct the sales person mistake after specifying the details of shipment the sales person made a mistake anyways and now I have to follow up another 3 to 4 days and hope that somebody will get back to me in a timely fashion..

I had a very good experience at this location. I was greeted at the door, offered informative help with my purchases and provided with guidance, without any sales pressure, when I inquired about other items I may be interested in for the future. I was not looking well dressed or wealthy at all and they served me without judgement. It was a very hot day and they furnished me with a cold water to drink. I loved my time here and am thrilled with my purchases. I will return here without hesitation.

If you want to experience the true luxury that is LV, you gotta visit this store. Welcomed and helped right away by the extremely kind & thorough Marcela who made sure every moment spent was worth it. Visited on a sunny Saturday afternoon, no wait times, although we had not booked an appointment. Will definitely be seeing Marcela more often!

Excellent shopping experience! Vito was very helpful, patient and fun. His knowledge and demeanour made my experience purchasing my first bag so enjoyable. The follow up after my purchase was also appreciated. Truly excellent customer service from start to finish.
