Easy, fast and very friendly staff. I normally travel out of Toronto, driving from London. But started to check in and fly from London, less hassle! No lines, easy access and no stress.

Like the layout but it is hardly worthy of the 'INTERNATIONAL' part in its name maybe if those lucrative contracts came through and the hangers weren't dead and doing maintenence on airplanes like back in the early part of the new millenium unto at least 2009 and possibly up until 2011.

Restaurants are very limited. The airport is so small for the size of the city. Once you're past security, you have one option for food and drink. The washroom facilities past security are inadequate. The baggage area is severely congested when one flight is in - I can't imagine when two flights arrive at the same time. I have had a flight into London twice and out of London once and trust me when I tell you this airport needs a major upgrade. The only positives are lots of seating at the departure gates and the place is clean. That's it.

At this location Joe at the desk was very helpful in getting a car under very short notice for my son and myself, very pleased to have chosen the dollar Rentels desk.. Price was very fair, small mix up when returning the car however Joe took charge and handled the issue.. Thanks for all the help.. This finished off a great week..

Nice airport, good parking, great people. But, if you're flying with Air Canada to Toronto, get used to long waits, delays, cancellations and lots of frustration. Basically, the airline gives London passengers zero priority.

Whenever we fly we always choose this airport. We have never had a bad experience here. The airport is small enough that it is easy to get around in, parking is second to no other airport. We do have to fly to Calgary several times a year the staff here has always been excellent.

Little nice airport, the waiting time for security is less than 5 minutes. One terminal only with 6 gates, so easy to find. Friendly staff. The food selections is limited, Tim Hortons or Fly to Go, but the food quality is fine for airport food.
