Nous avons effectué une réservations aux 760 avenue Honore-Mercier à Québec (condo 610). Malheureusement, l'appartement était très sale à notre arrivée. Sols dégoutants, linges sales, poils partout, cuisine pas lavée, chewing-gum sur le tapis, etc.
Nous avons immédiatement averti la réception et la réceptionniste est venue vérifier par elle-même. Elle a trouvé, tout comme nous, que l'appartement était tout simplement dégoutant et que le ménage n'avait clairement pas été fait. Le comble c'est que nous étions arrivés à 14h30 mais avons dû attendre jusqu'à 17h car ils étaient en train de faire le ménage. Par la suite, aucune nouvelle de personne. Nous avons dû nous-même, encore une fois, demander à parler au responsable. Mais pas de réponse. Nous avons laissé un commentaire via Facebook, que tout le monde pouvait voir, et là, comme par magie, une réponse du responsable du bureau Canton-de-l'Est.
Nous avons dû tellement attendre que nous avons fini par faire le ménage nous-même. C'était trop sale, impossible de prendre possession des lieux. Nous avons pris des photos et les avons envoyé au responsable.
La responsable du ménage est venue nous voir le lendemain matin en se confondant d'excuses et en confirmant que cela n'était pas admissible et surtout, pas dans leurs habitudes.
Le responsable a prétendu que nous aurions une compensation financière, mais à ce jour, toujours rien et cela malgré une relance auprès de la réception et d'un courriel adressé le 17.07.2017.
Que le ménage n'est pas été fait c'est une chose, une erreur peut arriver à tout le monde, mais le fait de ne rien faire pour remédier rapidement au problème, c'est autre chose. Très dommage et le sentiment de s'être fait arnaquer. 6 nuitées pour un total de 1200 $ CAN pour un tel service après-vente, non merci. A éviter.response / report this review -
