Incredible service both in terms of the representative who came to my house (Luc) and the customer service during my visit to their establishment (Michel) and the nice receptionist. Outstanding service. Always available. Even when I called a Thursday evening at 9 p.m. expecting to come across the voicemail . Michel answered and was super nice.

Previously, excellent service when my garage door was damaged more than once. Repair and advice much appreciated.

My garage door to let go on a Friday afternoon, I called the emergency service and a technician came in the evening to help me open the door so that I could get out my car, he took the measurements of the resort to replace and Monday afternoon everything was repaired. He explained to me if I wanted the repair done quickly I paid double, I was not in a hurry so Monday was perfect for me.

A big thank you to the technician and the team on call for their work.
