I've been here with my partner, friends and family on different occasions and it has been an awesome time with each one! We have never had to wait too long to get in, and the food menu is amazing!

Take a day off during the week and show up when it opens. Try one of the sauna "sessions" (1hr long dry sauna experience). Thankfully there is now a "social" section in the back for the talkers!

The facial (face care) was really subpar for the price. Felt more like an hour nap than anything. Massages were too gentle for my preference.

Everyone should visit at least once, especially. Perfect time of year to visit, with trees around the property beautiful w/the Fall foliage. Wish there was another place like this closer to NYC.

Listen to the advice of hot cold relax! Also make sure to attend the ceremony in the Finnish sauna. Beautiful.

1-hour wait for baths (showing up at 4pm), the doorman tells us the resto is for guests only and offers us a bottle of water. WTF. This better get better.
