I've seen Ken at various charitable events and was very impressed by his generous nature.
With our 30th wedding anniversary on the horizon I made a special trip to Mission which is so close to Abbotsford it's a breeze.
They gave me excellent advice and help me choose the perfect eternity ring for my wife. We had to guess on sizing a little but they assured me that after I had given it to her if it wasn't quite right they'd resize it exactly to fit.
We went in to today for that and again were blown away by their friendly service.
I've discovered a "Gem" of a business with excellence in service, product range and value. It made the experience all the more special than just buying off the shelf in Costco!
We'll be back for sure as Ken have us wonderful ideas about rejuvenating our wedding bands.

From Ken ( owner) on down to Pam, Allison and all the others, customer service old style. Warmth, laughter and everyone knows what they are doing. They have re-worked jewellery for me, created jewellery for me and on it goes. Look what Ken did for me. White sapphire, white gold and pearls. Competely re-created my Great Aunts earrings from a photo (although hers had diamonds and not white sapphires but I'm not that rich lol ) Perfect in every detail. Just an example of the work Ken and his talented staff do.

I went in to have my wedding ring resized , made larger and the son said to me "you have never worn this ring" needless to say I have never been back there. I still remember the sting of it. Someone needs to tell him that even if he thought that he should never have said it.

These folks are terrific. Not only do they create some of the most amazing custom jewelry you will see, they are first in line to help their community. You will not find a place with better service or quality.

The Owner(Ken) and staff treated us fantasticallydont find customer service like this anymore..old school warmth and very comfy atmosphere..Products up to date,trendy and hip..well done
