I eat here more often than I'd like to admit. Food is decent. Today's lasagna was cold in the middle however. Staff is nice and drinks are usually good too.

Fresh food & friendly service. I found their soups a bit strong for me, but generally the food is very good. I appreciate the variety of the lunch menus, so I know I can find something to suit the day's mood. Coffee is my favourite on this side of the tracks.

I recently placed a catering order through La Prep, the new coffee shop in my workplace building, for one of our large annual events. I am so pleased with our choice to select La Prep as our caterer: my colleagues and I were extremely impressed with how organized and accommodating they were to our specific needs. The food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend La Prep on 10th Ave SW and look forward to using their catering services for our events in the future.
