Stay away from this company.
Unprofessional and unreasonable pricing.
They act like they are your friend to help you tow your car but when your car is hooked up they throw ridiculous charges to unhook your car
A tow for less than 1hr and charging for a minimum 4hr? Are you out of your mind?
That's definitely indeed your "trusted towing company" and they are of course experts in towing to steal your money.
Always ask the rates before commiting to any towing service or call your insurance first for coverage.response / report this review -

Initial call to the company to inquire on a quote to tow a car from one location to another, the person who answered the phone disgustingly states "I DON'T HAVE ANY ONE RIGHT NOW!", offers no other assistance or information and then hangs up the phone! Level of unprofessionalism a sign NOT to use them in the first place!

Worst experience. Thieves. Highway robbery. Towed our company truck back from Mississauga and wanted $6000 cash when arrived. Would not provide invoice and just wanted to paid in cash. I do not understand how this company is still allowed to operate, they are not afraid of the police and tell us they essentially have a license to steal.

If I could I would give minus 5 stars. I have two worth experiences with this company. If your truck breaks down on the way, please do not call them because if they find another defect on your truck they will report you to the opp. Also, they have drivers who act rudely and do not like other truck drivers. PLEASE DON'T CALL THEM NEVER EVER.

BEWARE of this Company KING TOWING MISSISSAUGA, Driver ordered by opp showed up when my truck broke down on the 407, we didn't want their service as we had a tow truck coming that would have brought us to our location, driver refused to detach the truck and said it would only be 590 to tow it, when It got to the destination which was less than 20 km, driver said bill was 2500 or he was keeping our truck, police came and couldn't do anything about it, driver laughed said he has a license to rip people off and nothing anyone can do about it, when we went to pay they refused anything but cash and said if I didn't have cash, they keep my truck and will charge 500 a day for storage, it was 7pm by this point and all banks were closed . The owner and driver both had the most arrogant attitudes and keep increasing the cost saying if I don't pay the bill will get higher, they had no shame in extorting us right in front of the police. This company is disgusting and I do not recommend anyone to use their services, Consumer BEWARE! Don't trust anything they say especially when they say 500 no problem cause when you get to your destination you will have a big problem. Only put a star cause I had to not because I wanted to, Id give them negative stars
