  I had my long hair cut by Chiaki and she did an excellent job. I asked her for some feathered layers (vs. blunt ends that I always seem to get from Western salons) with a tapered shape at the back, and some long “bangs” (past my chin). She asked if I wanted to thin out my hair (I have very thick hair) and I said not too much. Somehow, she delivered exactly what I asked for. Highly recommended!

  This is my first haircut here. The hairdresser Emily is very polite and professional this time. She will carefully confirm my ideas with me repeatedly, provide me with different options, and finally cut what I want. The hairstyle I asked for, everything is great, I will make an appointment with Emily for a haircut next time

  My haircut looks terrible - my hair dresser did not engage in small talk with me during cutting and she did not do a good job either.
  
  New update: I added the photo of my hair 3 days after cutting. Look at how awful my hair end is.

  I was very specific and communicative about what I wanted before the haircut, that I wanted to leave my face-framing pieces longer than my chin. I even told my hairdresser I needed more than chin length because I curl my fringes and that I want them longer than chin length after curling.
  I had to close my eyes for fringe trimming because all the hair was in my face, and when I opened up my eyes again, my fringes were already way above my chin when wet and straight. After drying and a little styling, the shortest part of my fringes went all the way up close to my cheekbones. And there’s nothing anyone can do except for I wait weeks even months to grow them out. I have long hair and I barely dislike my hair, but now I hate my hair so much that I cried a little after I got home. They did offer a discount, but honestly, I would pay anything if I can just get my hair back to before the haircut.
  I could not be more communicative before the haircut, and this really shouldn’t happen to clients who are clear and specific. I’m sorry to say this to the hairdresser that worked on me, but this was the worst haircut in my life.

  I went to dye Nature Ashe hair color here, and the clerk said that because I had bleached my hair before, there would be a color difference between the newly grown part and the bleached part. But after it’s done, I was shocked, the top half of my hair was brown, and the bottom part was green. no matter which part is completely not the color I chosed. The clerk then said that they can help me dye my hair the same brown with extra cost, are you kidding me, I pay double the price to dye a color that I don't want it at all?? If the color I choose has to be bleached for color, why don't you do that first???
  The hair cutting technique is also extremely poor, after the haircut my bangs are completely untidy!
  Save your money and your hair, do not come to this place
