I left Quinn 20 unmarked old camcorder tapes. It was a mixture of taped Hollywood movies and personal home movies. All of these tapes were unmarked. It was a jumbled mess.
What I got back were my home movies digitally transferred and in chronological order. Quinn went above and beyond and the work was totally amazing. I would recommend Quinn to anyone looking to preserve those invaluable memories.

Quinn converted 5 vhs tapes containing my wedding and other family video which were around 25 years old. I am very pleased with the result and relieved that these memories are preserved. Quinn was great to deal with, very responsive in communication and in her work. I highly recommend her!

I had a great experience working with Quinn. I needed to digitize old VHS home videos, and they were able to do so quite quickly and for a very reasonable rate. I had about 13h of content digitized for $190, and if took two weeks.

They were always prompt in replying by email, and gave detailed descriptions of each video so I could choose what I wanted to keep or not. I also appreciated that they stitched together the footage that was on the tape, so if there were gaps, or random bits of TV/ads I didn’t want in the files those weren’t included. This also included merging content from different tapes from the same time, and eliminating duplicate content. I didn’t know what was on many of the tapes and no longer have a VHS player, so was thrilled that they were able to tell me before digitizing the entire tape. This is a service usually not offered by larger companies, that typically charge you for all the hours of footage on a tape, even if you don’t want all of it digitized.

Additionally, I appreciated how I was given a USB with all the files, and was encouraged to check that the files were as I wanted before they deleted the files from their digital storage - this is the advantage of going with a professional small business.

I’d recommend Flashback Digital in a heartbeat.

Quinn did a fantastic job of converting my old VHS tapes to digital. She was very responsive, always replied to my emails within 24 hours, and was amazingly quick in completing the conversion of many, many hours of video that I had. The quality of her work was excellent and I highly recommend her.
