I believe I called them 3 times and waited for more than 10 days to get a call back to follow up on my urgent need. Not professional! I don't recommend. Poor customer service! I believe when companies grow with fame then start ruining it by being irresponsive.

I usually do my home business taxes myself but this year I decided to go look for help. I requested a quote from KPMG. I am so glad I did!
First, they were helpful and responsive throughout the whole messaging part.
