Very poor quality products. Bought a bong went home, unwrapped it and set it down on the table and the top half came off. The bong appears to have split where the base meets the perc. I called the store and they do not even want to see it and refuse to offer anything. It is obvious this bong had a defect in the glass and most reputable bong shops would have replaced it. Would not recommend anyone shop here.

EDIT: JUST SEEN THE STORES RESPONE THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW LOL. Nice reply just passing the buck again, would've been a lot more appropriate to reach out to a concerned customer instead of brush me off as a fake review.

Terrible customer service, got a bong and gag gift for valentines day to get a laugh out of my girlfriend. The package was withheld by Canada post for a item they put in the package I never even ordered from the site. Then it was sent back to them and instead of giving me a refund for a product I have never even got because of their policy.

I would understand if I physically got the items and opened them but seeing as it's never even made it to my girlfriends house I would expect better customer service than rude replies from Sara.

Happy first time customer

Order shipped quickly and arrived in 2 days. Glass was professionally packed. Even got some free goodies with my purchase. I will order from here again for sure.
