  The room itself was great, the facilitation was lacking. Maybe they were busy or understaffed but when we went there was little introduction and what the room or the rules are in general. The intro was said to us in a loud, main, room. It felt really rushed. I suggest briefing your clients in a quieter, more intimate room. Also, when we escaped, there was no staff available to great us to debrief or congratulate as I've seen in other escape rooms. It was really anti-climatic. We waited around to have our picture hastily taken and that was about it.

  tonight was the first time me and my boyfriend have ever done an escape room and it was great! i forgot the ladies name who was working, but she was amazing. so helpful, so kind and her personality was alot of fun. my boyfriend who hates these sort of thing also enjoyed himself. great place and amazing staff! �

  Myself and my 2 kids my partner and her sister and friend all went tonight as escape room virgins! Amazing staff! Super positive and super helpful, 45 mins of great fun. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Really cannot say enough positives. We left feeling like we'd cracked the case hahaa..keep up the amazing work guys

  Honestly love this place! I've been here 3 times now and each time I went, the experience was amazing! The staff I've met were so welcoming, nice and a pleasure to be with. They are super cooperative and helpful all the time! We're always chatting and having a good laugh here and there. The rooms themselves were challenging, yet really fun. The puzzles are very cleaver and there's always something new. I like how unique each room is. No matter how many times I come back here, it just never gets old. It's always so exiting!
  
  
  
  I love this place so much. It's definitely worth trying out and coming back again to try out other rooms they offer!

  We loved the Cabin and would definitely recommend Jigsaw Escape Rooms to everyone! We really like the fact that whether you are successful or not you still get your photo taken and posted to fb. We also like that you don't know the difficulty of the room before attempting. Was so much fun!

  My husband and I did "The Castle" and really enjoyed it! Setting/theme and decor were well done, liked the fact that there were minimal locks to open, and the flow of the puzzles was good. We liked it so much that we came back later that day to try "The Cabin", which was also really well done! Only complaint is that my flashlight wasn't very bright (the one my husband got was fine), so that was a little annoying.

  We have done lots of escape rooms in Ottawa and all over Canada. Jigsaw is one of our favorites. The puzzles are original, and the employees are always great. There is a good mix of padlocks and other types of puzzles. Good theming and some surprises in every room. We'll be back if they make a new room! We've done all four they have now.

  Really enjoyed the experience in the Study! The games in the waiting area are a nice touch and we also appreciated the restaurant discounts available as we went for a meal right after. Difficulty levels on the rooms would be helpful in deciding which room to try.

  Well done Jigsaw, had the opportunity to do the Study as an office team builder and the Heist with friends. I have done many escape rooms in three countries and this was one of the top. Very creative puzzles and a good mix of using observation, technology, word puzzles and just plain observation.

  Went here for a second date, had the best time ever. Thought it would be not as tricky, but was very neat. First escape room i’ve done and I would go back. We did the room called The Cabin

  we had a wonderful time. we were two groups and both enjoyed their rooms. one successful and one. well we didn’t get it lol. all in all we had a wonderful time :)

  What an amazing time we had last weekend at our very first Escape Room experience!! Dave and his sister Sher were gracious hosts and would HIGHLY recommend this experience for everyone. We will definitely be returning with friends & family. Thanks again!

  We have done escape rooms before in different cities and so far, this was our favourite experience. We did two rooms today (one success and one very very close failure) and each room was different. We encountered a few different puzzle types that we haven't seen before, along with some cool tech. The staff was fantastic and seemed to be into the experience as much as we were. We will definitely be going back to try the last room and any new rooms that open up!

  The puzzles and the props in the Castle were really well done. We played with three players, it would be better if we had a few more. We needed all our hints.

  We went to Jigsaw Escape Rooms tonight for our Office Xmas Party. What an amazing experience. We got out with seconds remainding. Highly suggest it for some good times!!

  Lots of fun. Helpful staff - a great activity to determine who is the most bossy person in your family! (not me, by the way!) Will definitely go again.

  We visited the Cabin Room today and had a great time! The puzzles were difficult but not impossible. We brought our two girls (17 + 13) Very age appropriate and an excellent way to spend some time together on Family Day.
  
  Thanks for the memories! Will def be back to experience your other rooms!
