they took a routine procedure putting on a crown and turned it into a nghtmare thedoctor told me there would be no pain and i could chew on that side lies on both counts l am naucous my jaw and neck are all swollen and l feel in this terrible state of pain i can do nothing about i wish i had a camera you coulg see the abnormality plus during this procedure the doctor afemale was adopting a scarstic way of speaking to me wildly out of place for this rude ignorant and unprohessional and i get stuck with a 2000 bill and a world of pain not impressed

Haven't been to the dentist in years! The receptionist are always so friendly and welcoming! And of course Tracy is always amazing! Helps a little that the facility is always clean and beautiful!

The staff are very friendly and caring and they took their time. I never felt they were rushing. They communicate in detail what they are going to do and how it might feel before they do it.
They made me feel safe and are quick to answer questions I had.

The receptionists are great and very friendly!!! The dental hygienist was very thorough, and very professional. I love the text messages to remind me of my schedule. Best dental clinic in GP 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very friendly staff. Informative for our kids to help with better brushing habits. Great place if your kid doesn't like the dentist! Definitely recommend.

The front staff was very friendly, we went there only because our son had to be anesthetized. We have two insurance companies and were told that the procedure would be fully covered as they checked with both. We also left a $500 dollar deposit. It ends up there is fine print in one of our insurance companies, so we ended up paying almost half of the large bill. (which I showed my own dental office, they even stated that Gateway charged us way more than they should have). They also forgot to mention that the appointment fee comes out of the deposit which isn't covered either No one could actually give me a real explanation as to why I was not told beforehand. Really unprofessional in my opinion. I will never go there again and do not recommend them.

Amazing Service right from the start! Friendly voices over the phone and very willing to help on any information requests! Almost no waiting time for my appointment and yet again friendly faces greeting you at the desk!
My appointment was explained very properly and considering that im pregnant they were just amazing and careful and makes sure that your comfortable and not in pain!
Would recommend this Dentistry to everyone!

I do have a dentist of my own but also have children that need some "extra." Very supportive staff, professional and helpful. The specious waiting room has a great calming effect. with many natural materials.

Dr. Bassinet is the most fabulous dentist and the other dentists there are equally as kind and caring. We love the clinic and travel from Fort St John because of there care when dealing with my daughter. When we started to go there she was terrified about dentists and now looks forward to going even after lots of work on her teeth. I would recommend this clinic for anyone with children who are nervous.
