I really enjoy the food and service however it is sometimes hard to understand over their phone. Ive got delivery from them 4 times now with no problem.

Best dim sum in town! Usually really busy on Sunday so you might have to wait for a table for a couple of minutes. The food is amazing.

Reserved about 1/3rd of the restaurant for 6pm, told food would be served 630pm. Nothing was served until after 7pm.
Chicken was bland how do you mess up chicken???
Pork and octopus had no taste and were served without sauce.
The only thing half-decent was their tofu.
Staff was clueless. By 7:30pm no water was served, had to ask for water and upon asking, the waitress gave me a blank, dumb stare. She took a full 10 minutes to serve tapwater to just one table.
Please keep in mind i have **Never** reviewed a restaurant but the food and service were so bad i felt compelled to warn others to stay away from this place.response / report this review -

Arrived it was empty, smelled bad, ordered food no rice with my dish. Never been to Chinese restaurant with no rice. Was not impressed. We wanted to eat at a large table. They made us move because it was for large group. No one was there. Lol. Never will return not recommended

I ordered for delivery a dinner for one meal with some soup on the side and the food was amazing and defintely filled to the top. The way they package the food is very secure meaning none of your food will make it out of their containers. Sadly the fortune cookie I got wasn't new but other than that everything was perfect. I love how the hours are long especially how I get home from work late and I'm able to buy something from Jade. Worth!!!!

Went for dim sum. The service was very attentional. While the variety of food was not great, the quality of the food was excellent. The management should pay attention to the decor, as he place is dated.

Dim sum is good, get there early though they stop bringing the carts around at one point and you have to order off the menu like a chump

The service is awful they are rude and disrespectful; they don't care about service once so ever. They do not mind to hangup on you while you're ordering your food

Pretty disgusting actually. there are tons of better places in Windsor to go to. I was there, our fat waitress decided mid way through serving us she was going to sit at one of the few open tables meant for 8 people, and eat several bowls of rice among other things, so it took us roughly 45mins to actually order. Then our food was quite gross, their meat tastes like its at least 6 days old and was microwaved to death. its so chewy i can compare it to literal rubber. their egg rolls were a disgusting mess of grey slop with beansprouts, and the soup was cold when it got to us. It was our first time going there and I will never go back lol made me incredibly sick and we actually paid and then went to a different restaurant to eat afterwords because we couldnt eat their food. dont waste your money or time! and your health!

Basic chinese food. Not great, not bad. Dont waste your time or money
TERRIBLE SERVICE. They didnt include everything in my takeout order and when I called, I got yelled at by the person who packaged my order. Won't go back again.
Food was cold by the time I ate it since I wasted 10 minutes on the phone, had to wait for them to send the missing stuff, and I had to call back and speak to the manager just to get them to do that.response / report this review -

Really impressed by Jade. Best Chinese we've had in some time. Will be going back. Seems to do most of its business through take out. We dined in and the place was near empty.
