On our way from Golden to Penticton our Escape detected a misfire. We were close to Revelstoke so we stopped at Jacobson Ford to have it checked out. Someone came out and helped us immediately and said they would fit us in that afternoon to have the mechanic check it out. They did such a thorough job to ensure we were safe to continue on to Penticton. I'm very grateful for the excellent service that allowed us to resume our road trip with only a minor delay!

Currently own 2, 2016 Ford's an Edge and F150 both purchased from Jacobson Ford Revelstoke. Sales team found my truck in their inventory and brought in a few SUV's for me to choose from. Service center that has been very helpful and always there to answer my questions and take care of any maintenance. Amazing service! Excellent education and recommendations, truly helpful.

I had vehicle concerns with my Cadillac passing through, with part of it being that my check engine light came on, and they were able to get me in for a diagnostic that morning. Ryan provided me with an abundance of information and understanding of what was happening and why, including risks of driving without recommended repair and what to do if the same issue occurred.

I risked the drive and made it back to Alberta safely to turn my vehicle on again 2 days later with another concern (which he had already asked if it happened, and it hadn't yet) so I called Ryan. He was a great help over the phone even though I was a province away and wasn't going to drive 8 hours to provide them business. Thank you Ryan.

Really friendly service staff that is always helpful at determining issues and helping to resolve while keeping customer informed. Sales staff is helpful as well in assisting in finding vehicle that meets customer requests and needs. Purchased Escape from this location and continue to service the vehicle here.

I can't say enough good things about everyone at Jacobson Ford.
My truck broke down on my way to Vancouver. Randy and the mechanics where amazing and did everything thing they could to get me back on the road, including going through options about buying a new truck. There was no pressure at all just kindness and helpfulness. I appreciate everything you did for me, thank you so much!!!!!!!
