We were in a tough spot as my son was on the island and we were in Ontario. His front tires had gone bald due to poor alignment. Made a call and reception and staff were awesome. They sourced tires and put a rush in for next day delivery. Spoke to Jordan who made a spot in his calendar to fix alignment and get tires installed. Fantastic friendly service fixed him up for a very good price and sent him on his way safely. Thank you, much appreciated.

Was passing through Port Alberni last week after having a small crash coming from Tofino. I needed my spare put on asap and called on these guys. They took care of me in minutes even though they were busy. When I went to pay they wouldn't take anything even though I was a passing tourist, the guy just said my day had been bad enough already because of my crash. These are good people, give them your business.
