  So, like a lot of people, I am new to fly fishing and really didn't know what to expect coming into this store. I was greeted by Johnny who was very polite and took a genuine interest in what I was looking for. I told him I was going fishing in Northern Saskatchewan and needed some waders and equipment. I ended up purchasing a set of waders that fit amazingly well. There was no attempt to upsell to a more expensive model at all. This was all about what fit the best and what was within my budget. Johnny also took the time to research several things with his boss in regards to fishing in Northern Saskatchewan to find out what flies may work the best for pike and walleye.
  
  I returned several days later with my fly fishing rod where the team there looked it over and made a few minor modifications to ensure the Rod was ready to go when I get there. Through the conversation with his boss, Johnny was able to provide numerous recommendations on flies that should work for me.
  
  Look, at the end of the day people want/need to be reassured they are getting good value for what they are buying and to get good customer service. I know nothing about fly fishing and was quite nervous about how I would be treated because of my lack on knowledge. People, I can tell you without a doubt the service at this store is second to none, they have a good selection of clothing and fishing gear. The other thing I really like is that everyone in the store works as a team and are not afraid to ask each other different questions. Johnny didn't have some of the things I was looking for and he even went out of the way to phone around to different contacts that he had to try and get what I wanted. I did not get a chance to meet the owner of the store, but if you read this review please know that you have an excellent team of people working for you that really enjoy what they are doing. I know this is a long review but I believe in providing feedback for a positive experience. If I could give 10 stars I would, you are missing out if you don't stop in here.

  Iron bow is a beautiful shop, everything is so well organized and displayed perfectly! I stopped by to grab a new fishpond backpack and the staff was so helpful and stoked to help! Even if this location is out of the way for you, you should try and make the trip, Adam and staff will treat you right!

  Love this store, I'd recommend anyone to come here when they speak of going someplace for gear and anything related to fishing. Great environment, great guys and they're all very helpful and got answers to any questions from flies to what gear will be appropriate for your type of fishing.

  My husband and I have been going to iron bow for the past year. My husband was new to the sport and they have always answered his questions, gave him suggestions and truly care about his experiences. Anytime we are looking for a product if they don’t carry it they go above and beyond to make sure to help us find it somewhere. Since COVID we are being a lot more aware of trying to shop local and we support them 110%. No more of the big stores for us. All of the staff are so friendly and passionate about the sport. Shopping there is very enjoyable!!!!!!!
