This has been my first physiotherapy experience in over 20 years, and when I arrived, I was greeted by a very friendly front desk person who quickly took down my information. I didn't have to wait long to see the therapist, and once I went in, Sim came in and examined me thoroughly to see where my problems were. She listened and then knew exactly what muscles were affected and she began treatment right away. I left there that day, with so much relief from pain, and my continued appointments will only help me feel so much better. A great physiotherapist, very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cannot say enough great things about In Motion Physio and specifically Harsimran Sidhu - Sim - who's obvious gift of healing has helped me to deal with joint pain related to osteoarthritis. I know the issue is only going to be resolved by surgery, but to get to that inevitable point in time, the idea is to try to be as pain free as possible. Which leads to Myofascial Trigger Point Dry Needling. It's a mouthful. I was thinking of trying acupuncture, but this is different, and was recommended by Sim. It does use the same type of needle, so I know there is minimum pain or discomfort related to the needle itself. I have to mention, I am an open minded skeptic - I'll try anything, but I have to see it to believe it. And I'm a believer. This was dramatically demonstrated with a single application of one needle. I first tried a knee bend - a squat - which I have not been able to do without pain for months. One needle, a few seconds, then off the table and I did 6 deep, and I mean deep, squats - without pain. Since then I've had multiple treatments, and it's really helping to relieve pain and free up the muscles supporting the joint.

The service, the staff, the treatment - I highly recommend anyone dealing with pain and injury to check In Motion out, and let them help you help yourself.

I've had a great experience at In-Motion, at both their South Surrey and White Rock locations with multiple therapists over the years. Most recently, 'Sim' did a fantastic job restoring the damage I did to my arm - she's the most thorough and hard working physiotherapist I've ever worked with. And she has a great way about here - making you feel comfortable and relaxed right from the outset.

I am incredibly thankful for In Motion Physiotherapy - White Rock and my physiotherapist Patrice Kong. Patrice and his team provide above and beyond excellent service. Patrice is a very dedicated physiotherapist who works hard to make sure you are getting better. Everyone on the team is so friendly and helpful. They have given me hope and cheered me on during my recovery. I am so grateful that Patrice is such a skilled and gifted physiotherapist who takes a lot of care and time with each of his patients. I highly recommend In Motion Physio in White Rock for anyone needing physiotherapy - you will be in the right hands!
